Two Chambers, One Goal: Greater Reading Chamber Alliance and Northeast Berks Chamber Team Up for Business Success

Strengthening the Business Community Through Strategic Alliance

The Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce a new partnership with the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA), which launched this month. This collaboration aims to offer members of both organizations expanded opportunities for business growth, networking, and educational activities.

Members of the Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce have the opportunity to engage in GRCA’s extensive events calendar, training programs, and advocacy initiatives. Representing a diverse community that includes five boroughs and eight townships in the East Penn Valley area, Northeast Berks brings a multitude of small businesses into this partnership. These businesses will have the opportunity to leverage GRCA’s well-established network and resources, thereby contributing to increasing a greater demographic and economic development beyond the Greater Reading area.

“We are proud to partner with the Northeast Berks Chamber in providing access to our robust events calendar and training workshops for the remainder of 2023. The Northeast Berks Chamber reaches many small businesses in Berks County, and we are welcoming them with open arms to continue their development and make new connections at our events,” said Rachael Romig, Senior Director – Business Development Services, Events and Special Programs, and Sponsorships & Advertising.

Along with Romig’s sentiments, Barbara Coffin, President of the Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce also shared, “I am excited to be part of this innovative partnership with the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance. Beginning this October, we will be initiating a collaborative partnership, which will allow members of both organizations expanded opportunities to grow their business. It will be a benefit to members of the Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce to share the expanded resources, and will open up a much wider variety of programs, networking, and educational activities.”

Northeast Berks Chamber members, Don’t Miss Out! This is a time-sensitive opportunity to take advantage of joining the members of GRCA at its upcoming events and specialized training programs.
