Publicity Through the State's Tourism Web Site: www.visitpa.com

            |
 | The state continues to encourage us to have
our members post information on travel packages, events, attractions,
lodging, tourism photos and more by logging into the PA Tourism
Extranet site and providing their information. The state then updates
this information to the visitpa.com web site on a regular basis. |

Its quick and easy to do. Here's how:
 1. Set your web
browser to http://dmo.visitpa.com

 2.When a pop-up
window prompts you for a User Name, enter "dmo," and
for Password, enter "letmein" (without the quote marks). It's a limited
access web site, so this step is required in order to continue.

 3.Once logged in,
click on "Submit" on the blue menu bar on the left
 side of the homepage.

 4.The following list
of options will appear in the center of the
 screen:

             Attractions
<http://dmo.visitpa.com/default.aspx?id=25> & Events Lodging
<http://dmo.visitpa.com/default.aspx?id=46>  Travel Package
<http://dmo.visitpa.com/default.aspx?id=28>  Tourism Coupon
<http://dmo.visitpa.com/default.aspx?id=29>  Motorcoach Tour
<http://dmo.visitpa.com/default.aspx?id=30>  Tourism Photo
<http://dmo.visitpa.com/default.aspx?id=31>  Attractions by County
<http://dmo.visitpa.com/default.aspx?id=32>
 5. Click on the
appropriate one and follow the on-screen instructions tosuccessfully submit your information.

At present, our region, Philadelphia and Countryside, is being
underutilized
by the Lehigh Valley. While LVCVB does actively work with the state and
submits new information on a regular basis, it is our members who we
need to
help us populate the web site by submitting and updating their
information
 too.

If you are already submitting your info to the PA Tourism Extranet,
then let
me thank you for your support and ask that you continue to do so on a
quarterly basis. If you haven't used the PA Tourism Extranet before,
then
please begin doing so as soon as possible. It's free and easy to do and
helps to show off all that our region has to offer its visitors.

 My best,
